  We had a really good experience.Our service person was Patrick Cashwell.He couldn't have done a better job. Everyone was warm and friendly and very helpful. We are very excited to get started on our camping trips. Thank you. Camping World for the best experience ever.

  Would be a zero but it wasn’t an option. I purchased a brand new 2026 Forest River Forrester (motorhome) from them and before 3 weeks had passed, the generator stopped working, the furnace went out and the microwave would not turn off unless you turned it off at the breaker. They have had it now, for repair, for 15 days and haven’t even bothered to order parts even after the manufacturer approved the repair. It’s currently sitting torn apart on their lot where it will remain. I will never purchase from them again!!!

  Came in for a camper I had seen online. Worked everything out and just needed the approval. Due to being recently divorced credit score is not amazing but I also made a cash offer and told them to let me know and we could negotiate. Spent all day and thought we had great conversations with the sales rep. The next day I messaged again and was now ignored. Finally went back in to talk and we're told they sold it to someone else. Didn't even have the respect to tell me.

  Stopped by today to get some items for my camper, was not sure if they would have what I needed in stock. Would just like to say they had everything I was looking for. There was a lady there that helped me but I did not get her name. Just wanted stay thank you for helping me get what I needed and all the extra, you put extra effort and got me in and out. Thanks you!!!

  Livid doesn’t even begin to describe the absolute worst service! Ordered online items high dollar spent for delivery . However company says that if the store can provide then Door dash will deliver. I did not ask for door dash delivery ! You as a company decided to the driver did not deliver to my site , instead left my purchased items in front of a bathhouse on property! When I saw email that items were picked up I immediately called customer service to be told door dash delivered items during the storms Monday . I’m at work and they continue to tell me it’s been delivered showing picture of the place they dropped off and basically if it’s not there I’m SOL!!! So you tell me that I specifically asked for items to ship so they would go to campsite and YOU DECIDE TO DOOR DASH my purchase leaves it in a public area where anyone can pick it up. And I am out of luck when I get off work to find out there is no packages there 5 hours later??? So no worries that I spent lots of money and don’t receive anything??? Will never buy anyth From camping world again.
