  Hey! I went through the car wash the other day and, as always, had a great experience. Every time I come in, they remember that I have a leak in my door and are quick to run over with towels as soon as they see me pull in. The manager and staff are always super friendly, I love chatting with them for a minute before heading out. It’s honestly refreshing to see customer service like this, because it’s so rare these days!

  Giving three stars because I love this car wash it has all the amenities and is usually quick and easy, I have a membership. Today 3/26 I tried to go through and the car wash was down, they had a bunch of cars in line just manually drive through the broken wash and I got a scratch on my car because of it. You definitely are not supposed to go through that way I wish they just had people back up to get out of line. The guy said the wash would be back up in 5-10 minutes so I vacuumed my car in the meantime. When I was done I tried to go back through the line but the lanes were blocked off with cones. Went to find the workers and they were no where to be found. One lady was in there pretty pissed trying to call corporate. I don’t care enough to do all of that but it was inconvenient and the workers just vanished, I hope people who paid for a one time wash got their money back.

  Great staff and customer service!! Big shout out to Kobe for going beyond to make sure my needs were met with my car wash!!
