  Adam and his team did a great job on my 26 Model S Plaid. Had rear shims installed to correct incorrect factory camber setting. Very pleased. Would highly recommend K20.

  My check engine light came on, and it was due to a timing belt issue. Had to have it replaced. The quoted price was high (but very fair), and it beats new car payments and their work was impeccable. As a bonus, they located an air leak in my front right tire that had been there for literal years and had several shops unable to find it. So they patched that up as well, which was a huge quality of life improvement for me. I have been using the car for weeks now, with no problems to report. They were even done a day sooner than expected which was very helpful. All in all, I am very impressed by their work and recommend them highly.

  I had a great experience with K20 Auto Service Center. I’m not a car expert, so it really meant a lot that their team took the time to communicate clearly and keep me updated every day while my truck was being worked on. They were very kind and easy to talk to, and they did the extra research to understand the recommendations that normally come from the dealership. My truck needed quite a bit of work since it’s over 100,000 miles — including new brakes and rotors, an exhaust repair, and several fluid services. When I picked it up, I was really impressed with how smooth and solid the ride felt. Another thing I appreciated was that they provided a loaner car at no cost while my truck was in the shop, which made things much easier for me. Overall, it was a great experience and the service built a lot of trust for me. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

  I recently took my 2004 Toyota Corolla to K20 Auto for the 100k mile tune-up, and I’m really glad I did. Adam, the owner, is an awesome guy who truly cares about his customers. From the start, he treated me with respect and took the time to explain everything clearly. What stood out the most was how much he wanted to make sure I was happy before I left. Adam and his team made sure the work was done right and that it met my expectations. It’s not easy to find a mechanic you can fully trust, but I definitely feel that way about K20 Auto. I’ll continue bringing my vehicles here and will gladly recommend Adam and his shop to friends and family. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic who goes above and beyond, Adam is your guy.
