  Drop car off for 9am appointment for an alignment Called me at 1pm saying the alignment couldn't be completed due to a rusty bolt that broke during removal Said the part was ordered and wouldn't be in until Monday I offered to leave the car their until the part arrived Was then told maybe the technician might not be in until Tuesday and a temporary fix had been done I said I would pick it up only if needed it They called me back a hour later saying that manager said it would be $199 for the replacement part plus the cost of the alignment and the part had not actually been ordered I told them I would just pick up my car I picked up my car they gave a print out of the bolt that was needed The bolt cost $25 on Amazon Breaking something on a customers car then asking them to pay for it is poor customer service. I have no idea if it could have been prevented using a different technique. Even then it could have been communicated what the cost would be. Being dishonest about the part being ordered and being unclear about the availability of the technician are red flags. A good technician would have recognized the bolt could be an issue. Mind you this is the result of Just Tires not wanting to cover the cost of replacing a $25 bolt that was broken by their tech. The condition of the bolt is irrelevant

  Truly professional and honorable mechanics!! I got a brake job done with them recently and I wasn't 100 percent happy with it so I brought it back and they redid everything until I was extremely happy with it. Bravo to Ryan and his crew that stayed after closing to finish the job.

  These guys got me out of a real pickle. Somehow, a large, rusty bolt got lodged into the side of my four month-old tires. It made its way out while I was merging onto a highway to drive 29 miles home, then my air pressure light came on. I was losing air fast and pulled into a gas station with an air pump. I’m sorry to say that I don’t know how to change a tire, but even if I did, my spare only had 10 lbs of air in it. I could either wait 3 hours for AAA or call around to tire places and hope someone close by could help me. I called around, but their waits weren’t any better than AAA’s. Then, I called Just Tires. They said, “Sure, sounds like an emergency. Bring it in.” They surveyed the hole and told me it wasn’t patchable. They had similar enough tires, but the wear on the tread was just enough that putting a new tire on could damage my transmission (I originally got the tires from somewhere else.) I asked if they would put on my spare and that I was happy to pay, and they said they would. I waited no more than 15 minutes. A different man approached me to hand me my keys and told me they checked my other tires, put my spare on, and added 50 lbs of air to it (I had no idea it was so low). I got up to pay, but they waved their hands at me. “We don’t charge to put on a spare.” I nearly started to cry. I thanked them and promised this review. I’d probably still be stuck out there if it wasn’t for them—they were truly lifesavers.
