  Walked into Grease Monkey for the first time fully expecting a hassle…walked out wondering why I’d ever go anywhere else. I came in as a total walk-in with a Chevy Traverse that decided to make a simple battery swap anything but simple. Emmanuel stepped in and was next level, ultra professional, calm under pressure, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. What really stood out was the effort. He didn’t rush it, didn’t cut corners, just stayed locked in on getting it done right. Shoutout to Brandon as well for taking the time upfront to walk me through everything. Super approachable, straightforward, and made the whole process feel easy from the start. The entire team had that same vibe. Easy to talk to, no nonsense, no upsell pressure, just genuinely good people who care about their work. You can tell when a place treats you like a number versus when they take pride in what they do, and this was the latter all the way. They took me in immediately as a walk-in, handled a tricky situation without hesitation, and made the entire experience way smoother than it had any right to be. If you’re debating where to go, don’t. This is the spot. Ask for Emmanuel if you can.

  Great first time experience! I came in fully thinking my alternator was acting up but they were able to find out that it was just the battery. Saved me hundred of dollars with superb customer interaction and honest service. Great people! And they were fast as well. I just moved out here from Nevada and was worried about finding a auto mechanic. No more worrying! Highly recommended! A+++
