I raised the issue politely with the onsite manager on at least two occasions, and while vehicles were moved then, the behavior continues. This misuse is not only inconsiderate, it also may violate local handicap parking laws and shows a lack of respect for handicapped customers who pay just like everyone else. Whistle Express markets itself as a thoughtful, customer-centric brand, and I hope management will take this seriously. All I ask is that the two handicap spots remain reserved for those who truly need them — without exception. If that change happens and is enforced consistently, I will gladly update this review to reflect improved service.
