  Scam artists! Be careful here. I went one time for a single wash and the attendant signed me up for a membership without my knowledge and I was hit several months before I found the fraudulent charges on my card. The attendant was probably getting commission so they signed me up without permission. And it must have been a premium plan too considering the size on the monthly charges. I am sharing this to warn others to be careful. The employees are scam artists.

  On Friday, March 6, I decided to get a car wash and planned on purchasing the $30 diamond plus wash and the attendant standing at the kiosk. Let me know of their unlimited wash offer which was $10 that day $30 per month for the diamond plus wash. I asked if it was a contract he said month-to-month I asked if it was the diamond plus he said yes I asked if it was $30 per month. He said yes and I asked if it was unlimited. He said I could lap that place all day if I wanted to after receiving the text message welcoming me to the unlimited wash club. I decided to download the app I open my account and I discovered I did not have the diamond plus wash. I had the gold ceramic seal wash. I also discovered it’s not $30 a month. It’s $34 a month and if I wanted to have the diamond plus wash it would cost me $49 per month called customer service. They fortunately were able to upgrade my account to the diamond plus at no additional charge for this month only but if I do not cancel by April 6 next month, I will pay $49 per month. It’s very frustrating going to a business, especially a local business and being lied to by an employee blatantly to my face unfortunately it’s near impossible to call someone local so at some point, I will go in person to speak with them, but I figured this would be the best first step to warn other customers and prospecting members that the employees of Whistle Express car wash Holly Springs lie to customers blatantly to their face. I hope that management or the owner sees this reaches out to rectify this and pays closer attention to what their employees are saying, because if this was said to me so comfortably, I can’t imagine how many other people this was said to.

  Had a membership which was cancelled in September 2025. Nonetheless they charged my credit card in October 2025. Complaint resulted in a subsequent refund. I haven’t been back there in 6 months. Now they have again charged my credit card for a membership fee without my permission. This time I am reporting fraud to my Mastercard account lender. I will probably need to get a new account number to prevent further fraudulent transactions.

  Here’s a five-star review: I had an absolutely amazing experience at this car wash! The customer service is top-notch, they were patient with me, figuring out how to go through an automated wash with my Tesla, and my car has never been cleaner. The team paid incredible attention to detail and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Parker, in particular, did an exceptional job—friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to making sure every spot was perfect. I left with my car looking brand new and a smile on my face. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a truly five-star automated wash experience! Signing up for the membership. I have found my new car wash home!
