- KWKristi WordenFeb 7, 20265.0Victor was exceptional in how he managed and watched over each staff member. He doubled checked their work, and directed activities to keep it moving. They were very busy with all 3 lanes full and all the staff was great, fun to talk to and on point. The manager didn't get stressed, was very polite and went above and beyond to read some codes after I was all finished. I really look forward to coming back. I normally do my own oil changes, but I'll be back because I really enjoyed and appreciate the teamwork and leadership here. I'd look into the sales and reviews here and I'd highly recommend some type of bonus here for the staff and definitely the manager who is training up these folks well. Excellent job everyone! Before even finishing my sentence about being there for an oil change he aggressively cut me off with “it’s going to be over an hour, you can wait, but I’m just telling you it’s going to be a long wait and I have nowhere to put you”. While shaking his head and throwing his hands up. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. It truly seemed like he was actively attempting get people to drive away. Well, mission accomplished. Avoid at all costs. Do better.
