When I first pulled up, the gentleman who greeted me was polite and professional. I just don't like when they try to upsell. They pulled my car in and it wasn't even 4 minutes before someone came in saying they ran a diagnostic on my car and checked the fluids levels and said I "needed" things. I knew the airfilter is dirty and we can replace it bit was coming. I literally had it replaced at a different Jiffy Lube in August 2025. If the Jiffy Lube location I normally go to wasn't having technical issues I would have went there, they are always honest with me when it comes to my vehicle.
