  Came to get an inspection and for the second year in a row, they tell me I need new blades. Last year they didn’t like the sun discoloration on the arms but said he tested them and they worked fine and the blade itself was in “good shape.” (They’re discolored because they sit on a shelf in my garage that gets direct sunlight). But I went home and changed them instead of paying $85 to have them change them. One year later, one month old wiper blades on car. Tech says they need to be changed because he doesn’t like how flat the arm sits against the window. Nothing to do with the rubber blade but he disagrees with Bosch’s engineering design on the blade and offers me some $100 replacements (for what they spend $8 to acquire and 3 minutes to install). I challenge their judgment today and they say, again, they function well, but he doesn’t like how flat the arm is and won’t pass it. I ask to speak to someone else and he walks away. This place is aiming to be predatorial for the wrong things. They offer inspections but would like them to be contingent on other services that are more profitable for the business.

  The guys at Jiffy Lube here in Holly Springs are great, quick work, friendly service and they always address any issues we may have.

  Every time I go to this Jiffy Lube it’s a fantastic experience. The staff is so professional, the place is always clean, and they move so fast in anything that they do. Last year, they basically saved my wife’s car because they caught a major tire split that went unnoticed by her for at least 3 to 4 months. I only trust them to do my oil and especially my state inspections. I easily rate them a 10. I wish I could give them a higher rating. If there’s any doubt, take your car here first, and they will at least tell you what needs to happen next.

  ** OVER PRICED SERVICES ** I went for an oil change and inspection. The service was good however as WE ALL KNOW, Corp push to upsell. Slightly cracked/old wiper blades was the reason I couldn't pass the inspection, so I asked to replace them. The Pack of 2 Rainx blades (26" AND 16") is $12.65 on Amazon and replacing them is not that hard! they charged me $80 for the blades and installation! that is OUTRAGEOUS! On top of all, they charge you Shop supplies for $9.99 which should be included in oil change anyway! Well that's it, I will bring my business somewhere else moving forward and will try to be smarter to check/replace my blades myself next time!
