I can truthfully say that the staff treated us with the utmost kindness from beginning to end. They were always friendly and went out of their way to help us with a rather difficult situation. The mechanic staff assessed the damage to our vehicle promptly, and spent time discussing it with us and exploring all of our options. We are so appreciative of how they handled our situation.
- BGBrandon GarciaJan 23, 20245.0Scheduled an appointment for a simple alignment. Had some issues with my outer tie rods & tires which prevented the vehicle from being properly aligned. Paid for the work done; however, owners said I could return within a week to get it re-aligned without an extra charge. Still had an issue, I replaced my tie rods and returned for an alignment, owners kept their word. Very friendly and honest people. My car is as good as the first day I got it. Will be returning for future services if needed!
