Changed out my battery, which was way more complicated then it should be, saw that I needed several fluids and a cap for one of my holding tanks. Took great care of me even though it was COLD and first thing in the morning. GREAT guy and was super helpful. My family doesn’t go anywhere else!! Great job! Great service! Great people!

He went right into action and found the perfect replacement. He put the new battery in no time at all. Carter is a young man, but very knowledgeable and extremely courteous and friendly. I never knew Auto zone could do all of that and more, PLUS they have great hours! I highly recommend them for most care issues.

Everyone in the store was doing what they could to get to all the customers and i wouldn't complain but the manager BJ was outside on his cell phone, when it was very clear that customers needed help inside. Seems to be where he spends a lot of his time because this isnt the first time i have noticed this. I have also seen/over heard the way he talks to employees in the past and its not good. I know i wouldn't work under this person, so I cant imagine how the employees feel.
