  This only applies to the Zips Carwash on South Main in High Point. This place is pathetic. It says Zips Car Wash on the sign, but they still can’t use the membership tag that I bought from a different Zips Car Wash. It’s been years since this place has been a Zips Car Wash. Every time I go there, they tell me it’s never going to work either because they are on a different system. Well, then you get your systems straight with other Zips car washes or should call yourself something else. My membership tag works just fine at every other Zips. This time they not only gave me the same system issue excuse but also gave me a problem because I don’t have the sticker attached to my car. They wouldn’t let me go through the car wash because it wasn’t attached to my windshield! The reason why I don’t have it attached is because they always have to look up my membership so I always have to give them the sticker. Update your system to work with other Zips car washes or don’t be giving me a problem about not having the sticker on my windshield!

  So I went to zips today and they tried to force me to put a sticker in the window mind you I've already paid for the past I've been to over 10 zips locations using my zips pass and because it's not in the window this particular location denied me a car wash because I didn't want to stick a sticker in my window and have to scrape it out of my window later The problem is how are you going to try to force me to put a sticker on my property that I have to scrape off of my window to clean. The two white girls were unreasonable. And honestly this is the first I have heard of this bs

  Customer service is terrible at this location. It’s always the blonde lady with the half done, broken nails. She has a very bad attitude. I have been up there twice and both times she has been rude and her nails looked like that last time. I wouldn’t mind doing whatever is company policy if she didn’t approach me with such a bad attitude. I have a really great experience at other ones. I love zips car wash and I use the one near work in Winston. Even though this one is close to my house, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ONE. And I am letting ALL my friends and family know that the customer service is not good here. Especially if you get that lady.

  I pay for a monthly subscription with Zips. I was told I could go to any zips location to get a car wash. The zips car wash in pyramids village is phenomenal, never had an issue. But I arrived at the high point location today to find out their tablets were down. That’s no problem, my tag was in the windshield I thought that there had to be another way to verify my membership. No… Instead of allowing me to get the wash that I pay for monthly they manually opened up the gate and had me turn around. To get the snow and salt off my car I had to either go to another zips location pay for a basic wash at the high point location. Zips car wash is cool but I would not suggest using the high point location.

  My experience at this place was excellent! The service from Joseph was top tier!! He offered me the membership in which it helped me save a lot of money. 10/10 Must go again lol.
