  The two young men were extremely helpful and polite. I forgot their names but they made a lasting impression and I will definitely continue using this specific Valvoline. Keep up the great work!

  I had my oil change today and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. James, Landis and Nikko worked quickly and precisely and I really appreciate them making the experience enjoyable. You have a great team Valvoline! I will definitely recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to spend hours or drop off their car for an oil change. Checked off all the boxes, courteous, kind, efficient and timely.

  I have visited the Sedgebrook Street location in High Point 3 times this week. The first was with my F-150 and I had it in for an inspection and oil change. It was a rough start because they said my wipers were bad and I couldn't pass inspection so with hesitation I told them to replace them for the sake of expedience. Hesitation was because I had personally replaced them with new wipers from NAPA about 2 months prior. Although it started rough, they became very friendly, offered a silly warranty, and I told them I would be back with my wife's car and daughter's car later in the week. We went with both cars yesterday at about 3:30pm and the gentleman came out and apologized because he was "literally the only one working" and recommended I go to the Samet Drive site. For convenience purposes, I waited until today to go back with just my daughter's car. Guess what??? I was not going to be able to pass inspection because of the wipers. I had replaced both hers and mine the same time a couple of months ago. Sedgebrook Street is a racket and I recommend that if you are going to Valvoline that you visit Samet. In my mind, I want to be fair to Valvoline because they had taken care of my cars for a long time, but honestly I am not sure I will ever go to one of the High Point locations ever again. If you are the franchise owner and seeing this, feel free to reach out and I will share more that I cannot even take the time to write.

  Took my car in for an inspection. My car is 28 years old, does not require an emissions inspection. Safety only. Check engine light was on, my car is exempt due to age. They refused to do the inspection because of this. Claimed its a "safety issue". This is NOT part of the NC safety inspection. Yes, if emissions inspection is required, check engine light is a problem. Took it to another place, same day, no problem, passed. Your business needs to re-read NC inspection law. You can find all this information on NC DMV website. I did not appreciate my time being wasted!

  I went in last Wednesday to get My Oil Change. This is the BEST and ONLY place me I trust with Me Or My Family's Vehicles (when it comes to oil changes). The lady working was awesome! But you could tell the larger man with her was having a bad day. But it was fine! In and Out quickly. But as SOON as i pulled out and got down the road, something just didn't "sound right". Long story short, I took it back Saturday around 12:30 and was Greated by the INCREDIBLE Manager on Duty JAMES!! He was WONDERFUL!!!! I explained to him the issue, and just to ease my worries, he told me he would gladly look at it right then!! Him and a young gentlemen named "Landis" (or Landon? Forgive me!!) Immediately got to work under My Jeep. And almost immediately, I could hear the drill tightening bolts. They took great care and time finding 3 (THREE!!) BOLTS 🔩 that were somehow now missing from my ENGINE ever since the Oil Change I had received from two days before. They Fixed the issue with smiles on their faces and were so kind to me. I hope Both Mr. James, and The Young Man with him know much that meant to me. This Jeep is the ONLY thing I have left of someone no longer on this earth. Thank you for treating Us so well. Will ABSOLUTELY be back. Give them 2 Men Raises IMMEDIATELY 👏 👏 😊 Thanks Again!!
