  They did an amazing job, and have amazing service. I truly appreciate the help they did, even though I showed up late they had me in and out. Definitely the best NTB I’ve been to!

  I have done business with the NTB on Westchester in High Point on many occasions in the past. I recently started going to a competitor for no other reason than it was closer to my home. Today I had a low air indicator light on my car and the other shop was slammed. I drove to the NTB and they had my car on the lift in no time. As I waited for them to diagnose the issue, I got to see how courteous and professional every one was. Caleb, the young man working on my tire, found the nail, let me know that it should be patchable without compromising safety. He also checked all of my other tires. I left thinking that quality service is worth driving a few minutes farther. I highly recommend the NTB on Westchester in High Point NC James Cassada

  I was about to leave work for the day and started my car. The tire light came on and I noticed that there was a staple in my tire causing a leak! I was so worried I couldn't make it anywhere before they closed. I called NTB and they told me they would handle it. I got there before 6 but they stayed late to make sure I was safe and they were really nice to me....even though I kept them late. I was so afraid I would have to park the car and risk waking up to a totally flat tire and having to figure it out during my work week. These guys are real heros.

  I was thrilled today 3/30/2026 on the quick service turnaround received on my car. Emmett, the manager, repaired my damaged tire valve almost immediately. He was upfront about the service needed, and even showed me the parts that needed repaired. Not only that, the repair service was reasonably priced. Thank you Emmett for the outstanding customer service.

  Very nice and friendly staff, I went in for an oil change. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile and how are you doing today. The staff told me about another issue but they didn’t try to force me to take care of it right away like some places do. I love that they rotate your tires and top off your fluids. Wonderful customer service
