  Gerber did a great job on my 2023 Toyota truck. I was nervous about whom I took it to. I met with Toyota first, but I didn't feel comfortable with the repair they were offering. I met with David at Gerber Collision. He put me at ease so I put my trust in him. David kept me informed by phone even though I would receive a text message. My truck looked great. David is wonderful and I highly recommend Gerber collision

  I have schedueled 3 times to get my car looked at and fixed. Part is a workmanship issues, i have clear coat peeling off my car and turning yellow in a number of spot. It has been 2 and half months trying to get this fixed. I am sure no body lol ikes to work on things twice. So i figured they would be hesitant. After explain i will pay out of pocket for fixing other things i just needed a qoute. So i just explained to them that i will be picking up my car and going somewhere else. Huge waste of my time and other's time! I will recommend that everyone take their vehicles somewhere else!

  I took my car here after hitting a deer. USAA insurance said this was a recommended body-shop, but I really wish I had taken my car somewhere else. When I picked up my car there was dust every where in the interior, my passenger side door had a ton of problems, and my front grill wasn't fully installed. It's unbelievable how incomplete the entire job was. I had to reinstall the grill (they left half the clips undone), my key barely works on the passenger door anymore, the entire interior door panel is still loose (they probably left half of the panel unclipped too), and had to clean the whole interior. Unless you want to re-do a lot the work yourself and spend a couple hours getting body-shop dust out of your car, you're better off finding another shop.
