I immediately spoke with the manager who told me he corrected the information in the system. I asked him if he was sure in case, I needed to use the warranty. He assured me that he had made the corrections. Well, I had to use the warranty and sure enough they claim they could not find the information and would not honor the warranty. then they sold the company and all records related to my purchase was lost. The new company said they would have not covered the warranty anyway because they no longer carry that brand. NTB had no intention of honoring their warranty and made no effort to rectify the problem. I using this company please be prepared to lose money and have a poor experience.

I was happily surprised with the excellent customer service I received by Akeem, from the immediate warm greeting when I walked in, to getting my car in and fixed super quick even though I was a walk in and they were busy.
