  I ordered tires from Amazon and had them delivered to Mavis on S.Main St. in High Point. When I got there on my appointment day the tires were already there and the techs knew that I was coming. The process was seamless and easy. I was met by Akeem and they took my Challenger right in. They did a great job. I would order tires again this way. Mavis was professional and courteous.

  Today was a rough day. My daughter and I hit a huge piece of wood on I 85 N and AAA towed me here for new tires. It quickly escalated in that I needed 2 new rims which Mavis couldn’t provide. But that didn’t stop Akeem and the rest of the crew from helping me come up with a plan and solutions. Akeem did everything in his power to help me in a difficult time.

  Always very pleasant customer service. They listen to your concerns, showyou options, and stand by the services they provide. From the first time I came here to change the oil of my car about a year ago, to any other car related services I needed, they never failed at providing great customer Service and high quality of work.

  I had a sudden emergency with my car tire and was able to get it to Mavis Tire. I was greeted by Akeem who was friendly and fast to service. He explained what happened to my tire and his team came together to get it patched up and get me back on the road. Thank you, Mavis Tire!

  I had such a great experience with Akeem! Originally I was told the wait would be about an hour, but within just a few minutes he was able to take my car in and patch my tire right up. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate the great service and his kindness. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone. Thank you, Akeem!
