I’ve had so many bad experiences at so many different automotive shops, I actually taught myself how to do brakes and oil changes and a handful of other things so I didn’t have to take my car anywhere to get maintenance done on it. When the time came to get tires, I had to suck it up and take my car to a shop, and honestly coming to this location has been a breath of fresh air. Chris, Erica, and a Scotty have been the most kind and helpful people in this industry I’ve ever met. My service was prompt, everyone is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, they DIDN’T TRY AND SELL ME THINGS I DIDN’T NEED! Anything they recommended for my vehicle, they walked me out into the shop and showed me exactly what the issues were and what caused them, and then gave me price quotes on the spot. The way I’ve been treated at this location is honestly unparalleled. This shop is laughably in a different league than any other shop in high point, and honestly any other shop in the surrounding cities. Nothing but love for this place and nothing but good energy from it. If you need any maintenance done on your car, you’d be stupid not to take it to this location.
