  I had a great experience at this auto shop. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and the service was quick and thorough. The waiting room was clean & comfortable. I was given a free breast cancer awareness bracelet & ink pen. The whole experience was a nice touch.

  I needed to get my car inspected for the annual plate renewal, so I pulled into the recently-opened Grease Monkey on Eastchester in High Point. In the course of the inspection, the technicians determined that the brakes were in need of service in order to pass. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they could perform the work on the spot and for a reasonable price. (Another Grease Monkey site elsewhere that I have used was not equipped to do more than routine oil changes and minor parts replacements.) I authorized them to do the work immediately. The shop itself was very clean and orderly. The customer waiting area was comfortable and clean, too. Free Wi-Fi is available for customers while they wait. After the work was completed and I was heading home, I was concerned about a shake in the steering wheel, so I turned around and headed back. The techs jumped on it and found a clip that had been installed the wrong way around. They fixed it, took it out for a test drive, and handed the keys back to me. My trip home was perfect--the brakes felt great, the steering was perfect again, and I felt safe and confident behind the wheel. This Grease Monkey team is simply first-rate: each technician is professional, courteous, and friendly. They were clearly concerned for my safety and they stayed beyond the normal shop closing time to ensure that my vehicle was road-ready. In conclusion, I give this Grease Monkey location my highest recommendation.
