My grandma is a little nervous about rental cars that have all the bells and whistles, Justin took the time to look at all the cars they had on the lot to figure out which car would be the most "basic". When he realized it was a car that was turned in that morning he immediately took it over to be checked in and detailed. Justin then took the time to come out to the car, he talked my grandma through all the features of the car that she might need and how to use them, he helped her adjust the seat, steering wheel and mirrors. Justin's assistance made this a great experience for my grandma and I'm so appreciative of that.
