I wouldn’t have rented if I didn’t want it but I assured them that I did indeed want the truck. Filled out all the needed information on line to make the transaction the day of smoother. I get to the office and asked the clerk if they did indeed have a 4 wheel drive truck since I didn’t see one on the lot. She assures me they do so I sent my ride on it’s way home. After waiting a few minutes I am informed that they do not have the truck. That I will have to drive to another Enterprise location to get the truck. Which I did since I had no other option It put me an hour behind for the schedule I needed to meet. No offer of a discount. No apology. Poor poor customer service.
