- SSSeider18Jan 29, 20265.0I just had my car battery swapped, and JOSE ORTIZ was amazing. I opened my car door, and he immediately helped me by opening the front door and handling the return for me. Then he took care of my plate and replaced the battery. He also described what he was doing, which was extremely interesting and cool to watch. He was extremely friendly, and I will 100% be coming back if I need anything done for my car. He provided excellent service and is an extremely friendly guy. 10/10—will be coming back.

- RCRen CalambaSep 18, 20255.0Went here today because I had a brake caliper bracket bolt come off my truck that was causing all kinds of noise underneath. All the parts stores within a 10 mile radius of Jamestown didn't have what I was looking for. Advance, O'reilly's weren't trrying to help me. I removed the bolt that was still on and took it to this Auto Zone. The place recently just opened and was curious what they could do for me. Sarah, and the other manager were extrermely helpful. They found a bolt that would fit and looked identical. Found out the part was tagged for GM vehicles, but fit my Ford Explorer perfectly! I was able to re-attach the caliper bracket with new bolts. I'm going to start going here from now on for MOST things. The only downside is they don't do oil change bundles like Advance Auto does. I wish they did so I could give 100% of my automotive business to this location. 5 stars for the excellent customer service I received, and for Sarah and the other manager going out of their way to find a part that would fit.
