  During my wash here there was a big F150 in front of me.It was almost over the rails. So As we were going through the wash. the rollers had more and more trouble controlling the truck.As we got to the middle the truck got stuck. Therefore, I was stuck but the car behind me was still coming.Finally, the alarm went off and the washer stopped. This was in the middle. Then the washer started again and it got us almost to the end. When the rollers quit moving us but the car behind me kept coming again. No alarm went off. When the wash suddenly started up again the truck and I were almost out. As the truck was getting ready to leave he got stuck in the rollers. you would think a 4x4 F150 would ignore the wait sign with another car about to hit him. Meanwhile I’m stuck temporarily at the dryer. I have a SUV. That blower started and sitting there it blew my windshield wiper blade up. I thought it was going to break but luckily it went back down. Meanwhile the truck was still spinning its wheels. Finally he went out. The rollers got me almost to the end and stopped. The rollers were just spinning again. The wait sign was lite. But the car behind me was coming fast. I sat there for a few seconds and then I used my 4x4 to get out of there. Once the truck and I was gone I think all the problems were gone. But it was all kinda scary to me. The loud alarm, the truck getting stuck, my windshield wiper blade coming up in the air. I have a RAV4. So it’s a normal SUV. Then more fun. This was the first Zips I have ever been too that didn’t have the folded clean rags and the multi-spray cleaner. And I looked for the cart. Usually it’s on a cart. It was the last time I visited this location and at all the other Zips I have been too. I believe free vacuums and multi- cleaner are supposed to be supplied.??? And the vacuum area was quite a site. The things you put the vacuums in are hard to get in and out. When I was finished mine would not go back in. I made a picture. There are all kind of things going on at the vacuum area. Once again I included pictures. Not very impressive. And the owner really needs to spend some money not only on the vacuum area but on their signs. Once again I took a picture. I knew mere words would never do it justice. I’m still giving this Zips a 2. Because they sprayed the front of my car before I entered the wash.

  Pricey and didn't do the best job at cleaning my car. Also some of vacuums are broken

  Always leaves my car clean, service is pretty good and the vacuums are probably the best vacuums around and they're free after your wash.

  THE BAR IS IN HELL If you like workers swearing at you, trying to cancel your membership, being unable to use the restroom because of plumbing issues, this place is for you!

  INSANE If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to hand someone money just so they can swear at you and act furious that you exist, congratulations — this place has perfected that experience. The people working here are unbelievably rude and angry for absolutely no reason. Constant attitude, swearing at customers, acting like helping anyone is the greatest injustice ever committed against them. It genuinely feels like the staff is personally offended that customers show up to the business they work at. The whole place is a dump. Dirty, chaotic, and run with the energy of a group of people who clearly despise both their jobs and every human being who walks in. The bathrooms? Closed. Of course they are. Why would a place that struggles with basic human decency bother with basic amenities? Honestly, calling this place a car wash is generous. It’s more like a live demonstration of how NOT to run a business. The only thing getting cleaned here is your wallet while your patience gets absolutely destroyed. Do not go here. Seriously. Drive literally anywhere else. Drive across town. Drive to another state. Wait for rain. Push your car into a lake. All of those options will be a better experience than giving this place a single dollar. One star is wildly generous. This place doesn’t deserve customers, it deserves a permanent CLOSED sign and a long period of self-reflection about why everyone there is so aggressively miserable.
