  First found Tommy's in Short Pump (Richmond), VA. I do a lot of delivery and contract work so found the monthly pass totally worth the money as I was 3-4 times per week. Moved to Hickory, NC 3 years ago and was sad there was no Tommy's here. Man was I stoked when I heard the were opening one up!!

  Simply Amazing! Great Service! Very clean environment! The attendant (Arush) came over to help me with my new membership and how to navigate the app on my phone. Gave us new goodies with our membership, and water bottles for me and daughter, because it was hot out. The attendant name is Arush, he was really cool and super friendly! Thank you again! I look forward to keep my car clean!

  When I first joined a few months ago, this place made a really good impression on me. It always looked clean from the outside, and there was one staff member who consistently made the experience better—very kind, professional, and clearly dedicated to their job. Over time, I’ve started to notice things slipping a bit. The outside isn’t as clean as it used to be, and the overall feel isn’t quite the same. I really hope it improves, because it used to stand out in a good way. Ive noticed employees standing around seemingly doing nothing besides playing basketball with trash bags but the employee is spoke of above made it appear as just some occasional fun based off their effort but now its starting to be clear thats all they do. Ill post photos upon next visit, but I hope to see an improvement prior to doing so.

  You have to really pay attention getting into and out of the place but the people were very friendly and the machine did a really good job. They moved the cars through very quickly.

  No attended to guide you in which seems a little scary, my biggest complaint is the car wash claims to be able to accommodate super duty trucks that you cannot even turn into the car wash without having to back up. Never gets my truck clean canceled my service after the first month the one down the road is much better in my opinion.
