I fueled up at the nearest gas station before returning the vehicle and still incurred a fueling fee. My first experience with Enterprise did not go as expected.

Tried calling first thing the next morning and the girl just kept throwing me on hold for over 25 minutes without even a hello but kept picking up the phone and to put it on hold. RUDE! She could have at least said hello be right with you or something but instead there was a click every couple minutes.
