Vacuums that actually work, tire pressure/air hose,free high quality towel type things on a dispenser, AND A FLOORMAT WASHING MACHINE. FREE. FREEEEEE. Getting a membership here is probably the ONLY place thats worth the membership lol less than 40 a month for top shelf wash and less than 20 a month for the standard wash? Unlimited washes and all that mentioned above FREE as well ? Come on. Lol

During my visit to Tommy’s car wash in Hickory, NC, An employee named Amber was exceptionally professional and kind. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience and helped me to understand the membership options. Employees like her are why I will come back to Tommy’s car wash. She explained everything step by step and with patience and a smile. Who knew someone could make you feel so assured and confident about going thru a car wash and signing up for a membership. I definitely will tell family and friends about my experience was at this car wash service. Thank you Amber and Tommy’s Car wash!!!
- ZAZach AutreyNov 8, 20255.0Came through the wash today, still had a little dirt but a team member Amber came out, explained when a car hasn't been washed in awhile dirt will cake up so she suggested a membership and gave me 30 days for free to start so as she put it, "I can get my car sparkling and looking like I just pulled out the car lot" I went back through and she even came out to help me check for spots. All was well and ill be back. REALLY APPRECIATE THE EXTRA ATTENTION.

Needless to say, I came home and had to wash all my flat surfaces (roof, hood, top of door handles, bumper, etc) just giving you truck owners a heads up. Don’t go to Tommy’s if you want a clean truck
