They informed me they would just cut it off and it would be fine. I was expecting maybe a little fee for labor but there wasn’t! They have a great team here!

Today I received exceptional customer service from the store manager Nate who took the time to explain how the front end suspension components affect wheel alignment and how they can cause uneven tire wear which I recently experienced. He also made recommendations for better tire choices for my SUV and how to plan for my next alignment going forward. Not once did any of the prior store managers explain these important details to help me make better and informed decisions. Thank you Nate and Mavis!
