- PXPao Xiong4 days ago1.0I came here for an oil change and a balance. And that did not happen. Instead, they got my vehicle mix up with someone else. Basically someone else gave consent to change out parts for my car and they kept saying yes. The other party had a son came in and cause a scene. I just thought they were still working on my car during this time. While the whole time the scene was about over my car and not theirs! I ended waiting longer about 2-3 hours. They already installed the parts and had to uninstall them. This is ridiculous. If they asked the correct person about changing out parts I may have said yes but due to their own incompetent, I do not want their service. I’m now on my way to a real mechanic. My review does not goes towards all Mavis but just this location. I will not be returning to this Mavis.

They got us right in, patched up and back on the road. Friendly service and we are extremely grateful that they were able to get us taken care of. Thanks!!!

The manager was super helpful and sweet and understood my situation to get back to Alabama New Year’s Day . He continued to be patient and searched for a vendor to bring my special coolant get me back on the road.
