  Was very nice and respectful at first then they let the car lot take my vehicle without it being fixed Mary said that they showed her papers for the car but the papers didnt match any of my information except first name the last name ,address, dob,drivers license number, nothing matched so why was my car removed from Gerber by mistake because I have same first name as the person who's car shud had been removed now Mary tells me after having my car there 6 days and not even begun to touch it says they will not fix it now because a mistake made through them and the car lot im very upset and will be contacting a lawyer for pain and suffering this is not ok
