- MSMark StittOct 25, 20251.0Starting sunday evening 10-6-25 thru 11-1-25 Its our 15 year anniversary week so I want to rent a Truck for a week to go on a long road trip to celebrate by antiquings like we did in the beginning. I call ahead of time and arange with Jeremy to get a ford extended cab explaining to him what we will be doing. I go to pick up the truck for our trip that we planned on leaving for tomorrow * remember our 15 year anniversary trip* and when I get there Jeremy acted a little distraumcted and irritated, He showed me the truck and when I asked about the bed being dirty ( motor oil, trash , parts of nuts and bolts ) being clean he said he was a one man operation and didn't have time to make sure everything was good, when we got ti discount about cleaning it he said he'd spray it out with a garden hose but he would need to take payment and so We started to go through that and tge price of what he quoted over the phone was over 400 dollars higher and I questioned that and then he would not give me a straight answer. I said Jeremy this isn't right, and he said you can always go to budget or Ryder the next time and he walked in closed his door locked it I went to my truck in dismay and now here I am.. I do want to say I've never had a bad experience with Enterprise in the many times I've rented and now this happened unfortunately it happened on our 15 year milestone and there isn't a place that I will be able to take care of a rental since its after 1 pm on a Saturday. To clarify this is the truck rental department Sorry about the spelling and Grammar

To the guy with his hair in braids...my brother was impressed with your customer service in regards to politeness, he (my brother) said he was very cool and quick to check his car in.
