Tried calling before hand and the person on the phone kept reading back the wrong part number. Total waste of my time and will never shop with this company again. Called customer service and they did nothing to resolve it, just said the part was already purchased. Customers do not come first here.

He did hook it up to a device that checked the battery, alternator, and starter. They all checked good. So he was very helpful and professional, and kind. Wasn't able to figure out my problem. I had purchased a Ford navigator just a week or two prior to going to North Carolina when the battery light came on. Izzy checked it it was my alternator not only. Did he get it to the parts store which you ordered from a nearby parts store and it was delivered within an hour or two he actually found me the mobile mechanic Lorenzo, who was absolutely fantastic and was able to install my alternator on site on getting it in and he noticed my serpentine belt was faulty and was able to install it. very good price I’m gonna tell you what I can’t say enough about this auto parts store, and how they went above and beyond for Florida traveler. Then I went went above. I was traveling again and my Ford navigator that was purchased 2009. The check engine light came on and it started overheating. I realized I was only 30 minutes from there. What’s the chances because I’ve been over a grandfather’s Mountain ? I went straight back to Izzy called up Lorenzo. There was a rock in my heater line. You know what they located the part if I needed it, they showed me where it was, but it didn’t overheat and I bought fluid. I paid for everything and Lorenzo was only $40 to solve the problem. Add the fluids and take a stone out of that heater line. I’m very blessed to have met them all. I highly recommend them.
