A few words about my experience with Gerber Collision & Glass Communication was excellent. Krystle did a great job of keeping me informed as to the status of my vehicle. The actual repair was excellent. Looks brand new, you can't tell it was ever damaged. Repair took two weeks. I can't say if this is typical, but I think it was fair - can't complain. Price - it was expensive, but reasonable considering what was repaired. That's why you have insurance, right? Insurance process was seamless. I paid the deductible, my insurance company took care of the balance directly. Very easy. The bad - we're not all perfect. Quite frankly, there was nothing I could poke holes in or complain about. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass.

Edit to say Gerber did order the part and call me that they had, so if I had been patient it appears they would have resolved the issue. Original review below. I was overall not satisfied with my experience of having my vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision, although in their defense, in hindsight I also did not handle the situation in the best way. My wife got in a very minor fender bender in a parking lot. To resolve, we had 3 options. 1) Fix ourselves as best we could with touchup paint etc 2) Not run through insurance and pay for an independent body shop to repair. 3) Run through insurance and have it repaired "correctly" If it was my car, I would have just done my best to repair it myself. But since it was my wife's and a 2022 model, she wanted it done "right". I got an independent shop to give us a quote which was under $1,400, using OEM parts. I turned that shop's quote into my insurance, but they only use "certified" shops so they referred us to Gerber. So we took it there. I signed a page acknowledging that they use aftermarket parts, so I knew going in that's what they did but figured it would be fine. They fixed the car for about $2,200 and at first all seemed fine. But within a few weeks my wife went through a car wash and her right front fog light trim piece came off in the car wash. The car wash people attempted to put it back on, but then a day or so later it fell off while my wife was driving down the road. My first thought was that this situation was not the fault of Gerber but rather the car wash. So I ordered my own aftermarket trim piece, but it did not fit very well at all. Whereas they re-used the OEM trim piece on the driver's side and it fit perfectly. After several months, we finally took the car back to Gerber. They said they would discuss with our insurance and get back with us. A couple weeks later we took it back again, and they said we should call our insurance to discuss. I didn't and still don't understand why our insurance should be involved as its their repair and their warranty. Anyway, I don't have time for all this runaround. We just went to Subaru and bought our own trim piece for about $120 and it fits perfectly and the problem is solved. The irony is that at the end of the day, we still had to solve the problem ourselves, but that's after paying a $500 deductible and having the accident on our carfax. In hindsight, we would have been FAR better off to just fix ourselves from the beginning and avoid all the extra cost and hassle. My recommendation is to try someone else. Can't guarantee it will go any better for you, but it's worth a try. For $2,300, they should have used OEM parts, given that the independent shop was going to use OEM parts and only charge $1,400...

I was referred to Hill's by another company that does minor dent repairs. My repair was more extensive. Hill's did a great job on my truck and had it finished a day earlier than originally planned. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.

Swung by their shop to talk with them today. The two brothers who own the shop are great people with a long family history in the bodyshop industry. Their priority is the customer first and that's what counts. Swing by and see for yourself!
