  I had a flat on my car and Kevin worked me in at the last minute to get my tire repaired and back on the road on the same day. Great store!

  Absolutely unacceptable. Appointment at 3 and took them over 2 hours to get my oil and tires rotated. No communication and had staff. 2 of the mechanics were too busy talking to one customer that came in about issues he had at another shop. When I asked how much longer they stated they put the wrong filter on which now worries me they screwed something up. Highly recommend not coming here.

  They gave me a new tire that did not have the sane tread design as the other 3 tires. Mismatched tread design caused issues with my transfer case. They deny mismatched tread design can cause a problem. Simple research confirms they're wrong as does Jeep.

  My wiper blade broke on my husbands truck and the Ford Dealership in Hendersonville NC would not help me, they told me it would be three days before they could help me. I went to Mr Tire in Hendersonville and talked to the nicest man I could ask for, his name was Stu. He not only diagnosed the problem he told me what I needed to fix it! I went back to the Ford Dealership in Hendersonville, bought the part and brought it back to him and he put on my windshield arm and didn’t charge me anything…MAN I wish there were more people like Stu, the world would be so much better!

  I was never given a quote how much it's going to cost to get my tires mounted and balanced and get a new tMs put in and when they put those in they were supposed to relearn the things where I just drove 400 miles and my tire light is still on and I can't see paying almost $300 to get four tires mounted and balanced and I'm highly pissed off at it especially since I supplied my own tires they didn't even offer me to take my old tires they just charge me for disposal it's ridiculous man I asked for a front end alignment and then the kid comes in and says that I need new inner and outer tie rods my truck don't have inner and outer tie rods they got a tie rod on both sides drivers and passenger side that's it so that tells me they didn't even bother looking at that truck, I just noticed that the left front wheel, the weight has come apart, just the metal part remains on the rim
