    Excellent service went in for an oil change they found another situation that needed to be fixed.This led to another area that was having problems, and it was corrected. You guys are amazing! Thanks so much!

    I had an issue with my paint getting damaged with the complimentary wash for a B service but the shop reached out and worked to resolve things. I really appreciate that they took responsibility and made it right. At first I was frustrated, but they ended up addressing my issue and making sure I was taken care of. I respect a business that’s willing to step up and fix a mistake, so I’m glad they followed through. They ensured this wouldn’t happen again with other customers vehicles.

    I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and completely transparent about what needed to be done. They took the time to explain the issue clearly and provided a fair, honest estimate. I truly appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and straightforward approach.     They charge prices higher than the bmw dealer. They replaced the oil filter housing and gasket along with a fuel line and cost just over $3700! They replaced 5 liters of oil and did not reset my oil life, left many rubber seals out of place under my hood, didn’t clean out my car and on top of all of it my door lock actuator stopped working when I got it back. I replaced that myself for pennies compared to what they would have charged. I recommend looking elsewhere. They need to stop prettying up there shop and have competitive prices. Buyer beware

    First time customer, brought in my 2001 BMW Z3 with a brake issue. From the first phone call with Andy to make an appointment to picking up my car after work was completed, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. I just got a follow up phone call from Chris asking if I was satisfied with the work done. Now there's old school customer service. Complete pricing transparency, no hidden fees and very professional workmanship. Eurotechnik just gained another very satisfied customer.
