- JGJonathan GraefNov 20, 20251.0I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I booked a car online, received a confirmed reservation, and planned my day around having that vehicle. Then, out of nowhere, I got a phone call from Enterprise telling me they were canceling my reservation. They offered no compensation and no real solution. No effort to honor the original deal, no discount, no credit—nothing. Because Enterprise canceled on me, I had to rebook another rental last minute, and it ended up being almost $200 more expensive than my original confirmed reservation. I didn’t cancel. I didn’t change anything. Enterprise did, and somehow I was the one who had to pay the price for it. This is completely unacceptable. If a company cancels a confirmed reservation, the customer shouldn’t be punished. At the very least, Enterprise should have honored the original price or provided meaningful compensation. After this experience, I will seriously reconsider ever using Enterprise Rent-A-Car again and will be warning others about how they handled this situation.

The vehicle was a mini van practically brand new it was a sweet ride with all the bells and whistles you could ask for smooth driving never gave a problem on our trip I got a little spoiled with it! I highly recommend enterprise to anyone for a rental vehicle I will be using their services in the future!
