Couple of weeks ago all went into the same store to get a battery and they would not install it simply because the air intake had to be moved out of the way. Today, I gave them a second chance for my business and went in and because I had an engine light come on. About three guys were standing in the corner and one guy was actually helping someone else before. I finally got somebody’s attention. After a momentary hesitation, I was told oh I forgot our scanners aren’t working. On both occasions now I have gone down the road to O’Reillysand been successful with both request a new battery and a working scanner.

They were totally unprofessional treating me with disrespect and I will never go there again came to AutoZone on chimney rock Road. These guys were very professional treating me respect found my part no problem so if you’re looking for a new auto parts store Definitely give them a try. They are very professional very knowledgeable and will treat you like a person.
