  Employees need to spend more time interacting with customers to make sure they’re getting what they need instead of on their phones, especially when you expect me to pay THAT MUCH MORE than I can get it online through reputable suppliers.

  I've been going to this AutoZone location for many years and have always been happy with the service. Today I needed a new battery and was assisted by Kaelon, who efficiently and politely replaced my battery. He is an asset to the company.
