    Conduct and Misuse of Parking – Brayden Cox, General Manager To Whom It May Concern, I recently had an unpleasant experience at your [store location/address]. The General Manager, Brayden Cox, failed to enter my information for SpeedPerks despite my request, and his demeanor toward me was rude and disrespectful. Additionally, I have observed that he regularly parks his personal vehicles at this store for extended periods—some for over a year—occupying spaces meant for customers. This gives the appearance that the store is being used as his personal garage, which is both unprofessional and inconvenient for paying customers and business clientele. I am surprised that Advanced Auto Parts’ headquarters has not addressed this issue, as it negatively impacts the customer experience and the store’s reputation. I request that this matter be reviewed promptly and appropriate action be taken to ensure that parking spaces remain available for customers and that store management conducts themselves in a professional manner.

    For the fourth time in a row, I’ve had an incredibly positive experience shopping at Advanced Auto Parts on Spartenburg Highway in Hendersonville. Each time I have gone there, I have experienced a kind connection that is both personable and professional. I also have noticed camaraderie among the team members who work there together. In different seasons of my life, I have been in positions of leadership and in my experience, that type of consistent great attitude & efficient customer service all trickles down from the top. So I commend the ownership, team leadership and local management, as well as every member of the staff at this store. I had an especially helpful experience just yesterday with the staff member whose name I noticed from his tag was Chris. I was having a difficult day and he made it a little lighter and a little brighter. He taught me what I needed to know to keep my vehicle going. Those are the kind of experiences that bring customers back for a lifetime. I highly recommend them.

    The “manager” on the evening shift was very unprofessional! I had my receipt for a return but the man working could not get the receipt to scan. So I hear them talking in the back about a store credit and I was fine with that so I went to get the things that I needed when I got back to the register she then tells me, she can’t read the numbers on the receipt, and every number that she tries to type in says already returned. Therefore she would not give me a store credit nor a refund even with me having the receipt of course we all know there are other ways to look up a receipt like the time and date stamp. So I didn’t begin to tell her clearly these items were not returned because they are right here and she then stated “theoretically. “. So what she was saying is I purchased the items return them came back in and stole them only to return them again, nevertheless, because I said what I said, she no longer wanted to even sell me. The items I had shopped, for she gave me my money back, told me to put the items down, I slung them across the counter I set of battery connectors, and a fuse, and they fell to the floor. At that point, she told her associate to lock the door when I got out the door before him she followed me out, taking pictures of my tag as if I did something wrong. Would just like to say if she had locked me in that store I would’ve took charges for kidnapping, so she’s lucky. I got out the door before her associate or she would be in jail.
