  We recently purchased our second RV from this location and we wanted to give a round of applause to our salesman, Zach. Throughout the process he was always available for questions that came up. When it took longer than expected for us to take delivery of our new (to us) rig, he stayed and helped us get all our gear transferred over. He kept us hydrated and made sure our fur family had what they needed as well. We cannot recommend him enough. Thank you again Zach! Jon in finance was also fantastic! Thanks for working with the lender to get us covered, and for being so entertaining throughout the signing process.

  Horrible experience with camping world in Hendersonville.... I went and found a camper and put a $1000 deposit down. Then the next day I was called and said I was approved and needed $3200 down. I said okay then found out they were trying to put it in just my mom's name not mine too and they call mom yesterday and said with my name on it it can not be approved. The only credit I have is my car which I financed by myself and have NEVER missed a payment.... They told my mom I would be getting my deposit back and I still haven't received it back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!

  Very friendly staff. Checked in with front desk to show my Good Sam membership to use dump station. Dump station has hoses already hooked up for use, so made everything quick and easy. Got to test out my “Aamericanizer” for my cassette toilet for hose hookup, and it was magic! 😅

  We visited the Hendersonville Camping World on Saturday, Feb. 21 and worked with Andy Stokes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of questions. He didn’t push too hard and gave us his card and told us to let him know when we decided which camper to purchase. We returned on Sunday, Feb. 22 but Andy wasn’t working. Instead, they had Kaleb show us the 2 campers we’d narrowed it down to. After looking at both again, we decided on the 2025 Coleman 17R, listed online at $19999 (with a monthly payment of $156 listed). We told Kaleb we both had over 800 credit scores and were certain we wouldn’t need any money down. We both knew it would make the monthly payment go up a little (not putting $ down), but we both knew where the payment should have ended up. Kaleb first came back with a quote for almost $28000, which blew our minds because how could a camper go up $8000 in price. But, I realized he’d quoted the 2026 model. He said that was on him and we reiterated that we didn’t want to put any money down. While he was gone, my wife looked up all of the items in the “Camping Package” that had been added to the quote for $2495.00. We totaled all of the items up to just under $500, if we bought them at Camping World. Kaleb came back with a slightly better quote, just under $25000. When my wife asked about the package, he said it was the cost of the items, propane, Good Sam’s, and a walkthrough by a technician. When we said we’d looked up the materials and they only cost $500, and we’d had a camper before and had the Good Sam’s membership and it wasn’t that expensive, he said the rest was for the technician walkthrough. So, basically, Camping World sells campers and won’t go over the minor details with the buyer unless they pay over $1500 for it. We said we didn’t want it, which he said he could get it knocked off but they’d just make sure there was air in the tires and park it on the side of the building for us to pick up. Nothing more. That sounded a little rude, but fine. We were ok with that. When we actually looked at the “quote” it was for $275-295 a month. My wife has a degree in math and immediately said NO. I agreed and we left. When we got in the car, she told me the only way we would have to pay that much on a $25000 loan was if they jacked up the interest rate to around 12%. He’d wanted us to sign saying we were ok with that, knowing we’d told him we both had over 800 credit scores. It was pretty much an insult. My wife and I have bought several new cars in the past & we’ve never had an experience like this one. My only consolation is that Camping World isn’t the only camper dealer out there.
