  Manager was very accommodating when the first service didn’t 100% fix my problem, at no additional cost. Very respectful, very understanding, and very helpful! 5 stars!

  Called to make sure Mavis could accommodate my 2012 E350 and was assured they could. Got to the Henderson location and was told that they could to the work but their equipment was kinda dangerous to use. They were trying to send me elsewhere until I asked for my deposit back and then it was "OH, we have to do it if you gave a deposit!" Then took well over an hour to replace one tire on the back outside of a dually axle. Also, it was corporate office that told me I could be accommodated at this location.

  I had a great walk in experience at Mavis Tires on Dabney today. The team was fast, friendly, and easy to work with. Pricing was very reasonable and they got me in and out quicker than expected. They helped answer my questions, got me what I needed. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase out of my budget. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for good service without the hassle. A solid experience in a world where customer service goes a long way. We will be back !

  I've only had good things to say about this location in the past, but today my daughter went and got 4 new tires. When we left we noticed the front tire looked flat. Since they don't do inspections at Mavis, she had to take it to another shop to have that done and they informed us that all her tires were low on air. How would tires that were just put on not have enough air in them?? So we had to get them to add air to her tires while she got her inspection. Plus, the price we were quoted in the phone didn't match what we had to pay. There were extra fees put on the bill.

  I’m unsure of how to even begin this review. The manager greeted me as I entered. Advised I wanted an oil change. Cool. A few ppl went ahead of me as I waited. Cool. I finally go in to check when they would pull my car, that’s when they came out to finally get my car. They also advised tire rotation was included. Cool. While doing the tire rotation the advised I needed brake pads put on. It would take an hour for delivery. Cool. An hour passed the brakes arrived. The get the oil changed. Time for me to go finally. They pull my car out. And he says just one more moment. They PUSH my car back into the bay. They forgot to put the pin back into the oil filter. So I have to wait for them to complete the oil change all over again. Since I’ve had this done, my car has started to shake. And it have never done that prior to Coming here. Date of service 2/27/2026. $293.48 and 4 hours of pure stress. Arrived at 10:30 left closer to 2:30. They offered a free oil change but I don’t even want to go back. It’s as if all of the mechanics there are learning.
