The staff was incredibly patient and professional, answering all my questions and keeping me updated while they worked on my car. One team member in particular, Tone, really stood out — not in an over-the-top way, but through his calm attitude, clear communication, and willingness to make sure everything was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customers feeling comfortable and informed. - SFShannon FoggDec 22, 20251.0Instead of telling me they were unable to get to my car and change the oil, they smiled in my face and lied that my oil change was free today because of some “Holiday giveaway” stated they were unable reset the maintenance light and did not provide a new sticker until I asked about it. I dropped my vehicle off for service at 12:30pm returned at 5:15pm to pick up. When I got home we checked the oil, it was clearly untouched!!
