  They were so friendly and professional. Jeff was so great in answering my calls. They are reasonably priced too. Had an oil change and 2 tires changed recently. I used Mavis in Illinois so I needed a company that has always steered me right. Great honest service!!

  I’m unsure of how to even begin this review. The manager greeted me as I entered. Advised I wanted an oil change. Cool. A few ppl went ahead of me as I waited. Cool. I finally go in to check when they would pull my car, that’s when they came out to finally get my car. They also advised tire rotation was included. Cool. While doing the tire rotation the advised I needed brake pads put on. It would take an hour for delivery. Cool. An hour passed the brakes arrived. The get the oil changed. Time for me to go finally. They pull my car out. And he says just one more moment. They PUSH my car back into the bay. They forgot to put the pin back into the oil filter. So I have to wait for them to complete the oil change all over again. Since I’ve had this done, my car has started to shake. And it have never done that prior to Coming here. Date of service 2/27/2026. $293.48 and 4 hours of pure stress. Arrived at 10:30 left closer to 2:30. They offered a free oil change but I don’t even want to go back. It’s as if all of the mechanics there are learning.

  Came to get new tires (all 4) my appointment was at 8:00a, they didn't finish until after 11:00a (not a problem). When my car was done, the tire pressure light was on. Remind you, i had NO lights on on my truck when i got there. The "manager on duty" told me that it will recalibrate the more i drive it and it will go off. Drove it the whole weekend and it never went off. Came back Tuesday, they looked into it and said i will need a sensor for the back tire (just got new sensors for all 4 tires not even a year ago). I just felt like they broke something and didn't want to tell me. A new guy said he had only been there 3 days was rude barely let me get a word out. I will never bring my truck back here again.

  Very knowledgeable, very efficient, great price on tires! I am very grateful that these guys were there on a Sunday to put new tires on my vehicle in less than hour from start to finish including balancing. Great experience....definitely recommend!

  Needed an oil change before a trip in a few days. I didn’t have a scheduled appointment but they were able to get me in. Because I bought my tires there a few months ago (very satisfied with them), they also rotated than after the oil change. The manager gave me a discount on the oil change as he felt I had waited too long. Given the fact that I didn’t have an appointment, he didn’t have to do that. I’ll continue to give Mavis in Henderson NC my business!
