When we arrive several vehicles received damaged to there tires as well. William was very kind and gave us realistic wait times for the repair. The crew that worked last Sunday were hardworking and made an effort to get us back on the road sooner rather than later. Thank you gentlemen for your southern hospitality.

I had a tire that was leaking air. They thoroughly checked all of my tires and completed my oil change. They was very honest. Shop was nice and clean! Please support this local business!!!!!!

I got an amazing customer service on a Sunday evening around close. I had an emergency flat tire on the way back down to Charlotte,North Carolina and this lovely shop took excellent care of me. The person who changed my tire even calmed me down when I couldn’t even hand over my car keys to him. He told me everything was OK and that I was there now and told me to go inside and rest for a bit. I was stunned that such a polite young gentleman still existed on a Sunday evening around closing time. When I went inside I got excellent customer service from the person who I “panic called” from the side of the road and asked if they would take me. The employee William, who took care of me, told me over the phone to come right in and that he would take care of it Thank you Mavis tires for getting me back on the road after a road trip to Virginia Beach,VA. You both have no idea how scared I was and how your shop made me feel not like a burden and most of all safe!

He was very professional and very relatable as well! I told him I was interested in purchasing some tires. He was extremely helpful on all fronts concerning the specs most people consider when purchasing tires. I will most definitely recommend Mavis to any one needing service done to their vehicle!
