All I asked was the car going to be taken off my insurance and put on theirs? I received a very rude response. I told them my lawyers would handle the situation further. I just want my car fixed.

- BBBeautifulJan 3, 20262.0Always issues when dealing with Enterprise. I patronize them only because of the convenience of the location. I was to pick up an SUV, I was told they had plenty. When I got there, they didn't have any. They said another Enterprise had came and cleaned them out. Then I waited for a car that was getting the oil changed. That fell through because they found issues with that car. Then after another 20 minutes wait, finally they brought a little car out that had just been detailed. The only reason I gave them 2 stars because they were nice but I was very, very disappointed. I will not patronize that particular facility again.
