- JGJay GarlowSep 12, 20255.0My girlfriend had an issue with her battery today, she went to AutoZone to get it checked, when she arrived her battery was very hot and smoking, worker still tested it, said it got overcharged and is now completely dead, it was so hot and leaking acid it could have exploded and injured or killed my gf. They let her stay there until the battery cooled off and could safely be changed, they even took her dad's veterans discount over Facetime. They changed her battery out, and everything is working great now. Thank you so much to the staff for their help and caring attitude. Very impressed.
