I understand that companies hire SA employees but they should not be in charge of Front Desk/ Reception. I do hope upper management can fix this before they loose customers! I am only here because of Matthew’s quality service and quick recognition that there was an issue from the start. He rectified the situation quickly and with grace. 🙏

Had to go to hospital when they turned into hallucinations. He never seems to smile and he doesn't know what people may be going through. or even seem to care.I am 67 yrs old and disabled Well ended up using the new place Thursday Dec 18 It wasn't Mavis at time. Same guy, still no smile. Felt like HE definitely was just putting up with me and wanted me to know it Guess he got last laugh because he failed my inspection for windshield waters. I've never failed an inspection..EVER!!!! I HAD to buy his expensive wipers which were on 'sell'..lucky me. So to plug a tire,put it on the car, fail my inspection for something trivial and put wipers on cost me $90. Bet he was smiling to my back. So thats how great. My trip to Mavis Tires was
