  Avoid this facility at all costs. My experience dealing with the general manager was an unprofessional and manipulative nightmare that stretched my lifetime workmanship claim with USAA over eight months! I initiated the claim in March 2025 for my late father's vehicle, which had severe paint peeling. The general manager's "inspection" was a primary reason for the extensive delay. He looked at the car from over six feet away for a mere second and immediately declared the two half-dollar-sized spots on the rear bumper were rock chips, without a close-up examination or even asking me to remove the protective tape to see the damage properly. The provided photos, taken over four months after his inspection, prove his assessment was false. There are no rock chips. The damage is a clear paint failure, with the paint peeling away from the bumper's base. Three other USAA-approved facilities later confirmed that rock chips could not cause this type of damage! His refusal to reconsider his opinion, despite contrary evidence, shows a belligerent and avoidant character. If you cannot trust someone to perform a thorough inspection, you cannot trust their repairs. His conduct—lying, manipulation, and painting the customer in a negative light to protect his own ego—is unacceptable. It should not have required visits to multiple other facilities to get a proper appraisal. I am grateful my vehicle was not repaired here, as the lack of attention to detail is appalling. I highly recommend requesting a different facility for any appraisal or repair work.

  I dealt with the body shop (Gerber) my insurance company used/referred (National General) I was quite impressed by the completion of work done my Mikes team on my 17’ Silverado after I hit a deer that dinted/ ruin multiple parts of my passenger side. Mike & Brittany and the guys who performed the repair work showed professionalism, were informative on status of vehicle, and quality of work. Will return to this location for further needs of any body work

  Everything from drop off to pickup went very well. They explained everything that they were going to do and gave me an estimated repair date. They kept me informed during the entire process with cost and dates. There were no surprises except the repairs were completed 4 days sooner than estimated. The car looks great. Just like it did prior to the accident with the deer.
