  Between them and the operator they do not communicate. I talked to someone on the phone who told me they had a vehicle ready and to come ASAP to get the vehicle before they close. I get there, and after waiting and letting my ride go they tell me they don’t have anything and never did. Don’t know why I was told to come... had to find a way home, ended up walking. I get a call 8 am the next morning saying I’m first on their list and I should have a car by noon. One o’clock comes still no call so I call them. They don’t have a car but should be getting some from the airport. I received a call a four that they had a car but it was in New Bern which is 20 miles away. I get to New Bern, give her my licenses , get set up, let my ride go yet again for them to say that the car they had for me was 2000 miles over the oil change. At this point I’m irritated because this is just a mess. I ended up having to drive a pick up truck home and coming back the following day to get a car. My insurance agent told me someone should be calling me to let me know when to bring in the car or ask if I wanted to keep it. I never recieved a call nor voicemail from these people but however my agent did contact me saying they reached out to her saying they said I wasn’t returning calls and they were looking for the car. I was very much upset because at this point I had to come out of pocket for the negligence of their company. I don’t think I will be having anything else to do with them. Poorly run.
