I purchase a battery a few months ago and had to jump start my car this morning. On or about November 28, 2005, the only light complexion, appearing to be of the race Black, approached me and showed me the readings from the battery, stating the battery is good. His demeanor was standoffish and quite negative as if he did not want to be there or assist for that matter. I asked for a new battery and he commented that I didn't have to be rude. The other two star was taken becuase of this employee. I pray that the battery was placed in my car correctly, as I have no faith in that individual. If you go to this location, ask for Ash.

Old blade was perfectly fine, wiped clean with no tears and was supple. Returned to ask for a refund. Manager Michael was belligerent and pretty much told me to go to hell. Said whatever the tech said was it and no refunds. Stomped around was very rude. No apology for not installing the blade. Services were inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Took an hour. Four other cars were serviced that arrived after me. I observed techs leaving my car to work on the new cars. Also no fluid checks or tire pressure checks. Didn’t show me oil level. Will never return to Valvoline.
