  I’ve recently started using C&S Auto in Harrisburg, and it’s been a very pleasant change from the norm. Steve, Adam, and the techs here are very friendly and professional. They don’t rush through a job or conversation. They explain everything, including pricing, very clearly. The prices are the best in the area. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Overall, I wish I knew about this place before now, but my vehicles that are used for personal and work purposes, have now found a new location for service.

  I HIGHLYYYY recommend C&S auto. I always choose C&S over anyone else as C&S has the most efficient, kind, responsive, hard-working staff. They take the time and care to explain the issues they found and the steps they will take/took to correct the issue all while getting you your car back in a timely manner. I have never felt more valued as a customer and will always recommend them to anyone that I hear about needs some type of work done to their vehicle.

  Despite the circumstances of needing to visit these guys as much as I have this year, it was always met with clarity, responsiveness, communication, and integrity. They took care of my Jeep until I sold it today and now handle our Yukon and any of our vehicle needs. Huge shoutout to Adam! I hope not to need you as much moving forward 🤣 but for anyone needing to find THEIR TRUSTED MECHANIC, give C&S your business!

  John and his crew was very helpful in resolving my issue. To make a long story short, I took my car into Meineke for an AC charge. Several hours later, Meineke called me and stated that they could not do the job and the reason why is because the air compressor was locked in the "on" position and the bearings were grinding, Because of my car make and model they did not want to trace the issue and replace the compressor. Instead they recommended that I either take the car to the dealer or an authorized repair center for repairs and said that it would cost me at best $1300.00. Following their advise, I called John at C&S and explained the story to him. He advised me to bring the car in the next day to have his guys take a look at it. The next morning I dropped the car off. 2 hours later, John called and told me to come pick it up. I thought wow, that was quick to replace a compressor for which he responded that their was absolutely nothing wrong with the compressor. He was able to charge the AC and send me on my way for a hell of a lot less than $1300. Kudos to John and his team for doing right by me and my vehicle.
