this place is terrible, i wouldn’t let the employee chris (bean) near my car if he was the last person in the world!! on february 15 i had stopped by this autozone to see if they could tell me what was wrong with my windshield wipers, biggest mistake ever. I went in asking them if describing what was wrong with my windshield wipers, the employee, so called store manager chris or bean told me he would take a look. I show him how my wipers wouldn’t work and he told me it was a motor, he then proceeded to go and check my fuses this is when all hell breaks loose. he proceeds to open my fuse box under the hood pulls each one and incorrectly places them back. he enters my car and does the same thing with the fuse box under my steering wheel, and later admits that a few fell out and did did not replace them!!!! my car would not start back up!!!! prior to him touching my car none of my dashboard lights were on, after he got done every last one of them was on!!!! ridiculous!!! he so called “fixed” my car so it would start but it wouldn’t even back out my parking spot!!! i was 2 hours way from home and he tried to bs me the whole time!! o had given him a lot of grace, and then he became uncooperative after i told you need to fix my car what did you do!!!!??? i ended up calling the police and had to get a whole report, i was out of a car for days!! im a full time worker and student!!! i would never ever ever go back to this store. his own manager said he wasn’t supposed to be touching fuses!!! this place is ridiculous, for the last week i’ve been trying to get my money back for damages CHRIS AKA BEAN DID TO MY CAR!!!
Went in looking for wiper blades a young male came in behind me spoke and went too register and asked what could he help me with. I told him, he told me the difference from the types of blades, I asked if they installed he said of course , I paid and we went out too my vehicle… I asked if they were easy to install, he showed me but told me to be careful because the metal could cut you so I was like alright, he said he would install, after he put them on he told me to try them out too see if they worked.. They did … I thanked him and wished him the best .Kaden was his name
Manager Lori, Is My SHERO!!! Feb 10, I was at a gas station in Concord. The nozzle got stuck, the gas squirted all on me, my debit card and my keys, I ran to the bathroom to clean up as much as I could, including my keys. I then drove to Harrisburg to the Arby's. As I was leaving, my car wouldn't start. However, all of my lights were on in my car. I even had my car jumped. My car still would not start. My battery was fully charged. I walked across the street to the Autozone in tears, praying for help. I explained everything to Lori. She took my key pad and began to unassemble it. She cleaned out the pad and identified the gas had begun to eat the battery. She replaced the battery on both of my key pads, free of charge. Then advised me to leave my keys out on an open space so it can continue to dry out when I get home. I was so overwhelmed with emotion. In my head, I was thinking this was going to be a costly expense, I knew I couldn't afford. Thanks to Lori, she saved my day. I'm forever grateful for her Expertise, Kindness and Professionalism

I went to the AutoZone in Harrisburg and Jesse H, who normally works at this location was assisting there, and was very helpful! He has a friendly, bubbly, and funny personality and made me laugh! He carried a heavy battery out for me and placed it in the car! Thanks for your kindness Jesse! It was greatly appreciated!🙂

Manager Lori, Is My SHERO!!! I just left the gas station in Concord. The gas nozzle got stuck and squirter gas all on me, my debit card and my keys I had in my hand. I ran in the bathroom to cleanup as much as I could. I rinsed my keys off with soap and water. Then traveled to Arby's across from Autozone. As I got ready to leave, my car would not start. However, all my power was on inside my car. I even had my car jump started, but would not start. My battery was registered full. I walked to the Autozone, explained everything to Lori. She immediately took my keys, opened the pad, took out the battery. She advised me, the gas had begun to eat the battery. I had two key pads on my ring. She cleaned the inside of the pads and replaced both batteries, free of charge. I was so overwhelmed with Joy. I was thinking in my head, this was going to be a huge expense, I knew I couldn't afford. Her expertise, kindness and professionalism was Awesome!!!!! She even advised me to make sure I leave my keys out in an open space, once I got home. I am forever grateful for going into Autozone meeting Lori, Tues 2/10/26. You're The Best Lori, Denise🫶🙏
Idk what yal got going on but damn yal sure got me. Finally opened this wiper blade and the shit is used! Lol like can't even make it up. Mine is broken you can see from the ice storm. This one was swapped or returned without checking. What ever yal got going on need to call the cops on this shit.
