Paid for them and the guy behind the counter rolled to cart from behind the counter to me. He knew I also had 3 cores in the truck to give them. No offer to help get them out and help unload the cart and load the cores! The counter person who sold me the batteries replied when I said something about not getting any help because I am 69, said "I got you beat, I'm 70". I said the young man standing beside you ain't 70! Not so much as "hey let me hold that for for you"! I took the cores back in by myself and no help at all, again no help with even opening the door. My last visit to this store. There are 3 other auto parts stores within 2 miles. Funny thing is, you go in with a dead battery in your vehicle and you buy one battery and they not only roll the new one to your car but install it as well. Sorry customer service .
