Having one of those days today… the kind where it just feels like nothing is going right 😞
I’m driving… and out of nowhere, a rock hits my windshield and cracks it.
Just what I needed, right?
Stopped at Safelite… $200 and 2 hours.
At that point I was just over it.
I decided to try and fix it myself and stopped into AutoZone in Harrisburg… and this is why I will always love where we live ❤️
Rory didn’t just help me find what I needed—she came outside, took the time, and actually fixed it for me.
No rushing. No attitude. Just genuine kindness.
We’ve lived here almost 11 years, and every single time I’ve walked into that AutoZone, they go above and beyond… but today, I really needed that.
It’s crazy how one small act of kindness can completely shift your whole day 🥺
So thank you AutoZone… but truly, thank you Rory. You have no idea how much that meant to me today 🤍

There was a day you would go in Auto Zone and they say hello how can I help you.
I walked in and a young boy and girl was behind the counter talking.
No one spoke and asked what did I need.
I will not beg customer service for help.
Then another young girl walks from the back and v walks toward them talking.
Still no one asking to assist.
I decided I will take my money to O'Reilly!
Josh & Trinity were awesome, today! We thought our battery was dead and fully expected to buy a new one. Trinity came out to our car, tested the battery and let us know that the battery was still good.
As a further precaution, Josh came out and did an analog test on the alternator. He also gave us further advice on why the battery might not have fully charged and when we should be expecting to buy a new battery.
Trinity and Josh were SUPER helpful and friendly!! I’d highly recommend this location to anyone who knows as little about cars as I do! 🤣

this place is terrible, i wouldn’t let the employee chris (bean) near my car if he was the last person in the world!! on february 15 i had stopped by this autozone to see if they could tell me what was wrong with my windshield wipers, biggest mistake ever. I went in asking them if describing what was wrong with my windshield wipers, the employee, so called store manager chris or bean told me he would take a look. I show him how my wipers wouldn’t work and he told me it was a motor, he then proceeded to go and check my fuses this is when all hell breaks loose. he proceeds to open my fuse box under the hood pulls each one and incorrectly places them back. he enters my car and does the same thing with the fuse box under my steering wheel, and later admits that a few fell out and did did not replace them!!!! my car would not start back up!!!! prior to him touching my car none of my dashboard lights were on, after he got done every last one of them was on!!!! ridiculous!!! he so called “fixed” my car so it would start but it wouldn’t even back out my parking spot!!! i was 2 hours way from home and he tried to bs me the whole time!! o had given him a lot of grace, and then he became uncooperative after i told you need to fix my car what did you do!!!!??? i ended up calling the police and had to get a whole report, i was out of a car for days!! im a full time worker and student!!! i would never ever ever go back to this store. his own manager said he wasn’t supposed to be touching fuses!!! this place is ridiculous, for the last week i’ve been trying to get my money back for damages CHRIS AKA BEAN DID TO MY CAR!!!
