I highly recommend Seaside Service Center! I had extensive oil leaks repaired and my transmission serviced. The repairs were done in a timely manner and my vehicle was returned on the day promised.
The entire process was completed in a professional, courteous and zero hassle atmosphere. The price was very competitive and I would say less expensive with the service I received. I will definitely return to Seaside Service Center for all my automotive needs.

Poor relations. Poor execution of basic maintenance and diagnostic procedures. All this seems due to lack of communication from scheduling to technician(one mechanic/3 bay building)customer not informed/scheduling member unaware of other potential customers who spoke to tech directly upon pulling into location- sales man offering to take in and work on x y z as technition/ mechanic himself handling another potential client and office manager/scheuler taking care of another.... CONFUSING- under staffed/ over booked/ expected diagnosis in 12-24 hours'at hr 36 car still untouched- unhappy customers. Setting unrealistic physical workload on one person. Need chain of command to create order and achievement of service and hospitality. The team needs to be on the same page~Structure Poor execution of basic maintenance and diagnostic procedures.
